Used the PRICELINE link from this website and started bidding at $60, $65, until a winning bid of $70 secured the deal for the Westin Downtown Pittsburgh PA. At Each increment I added another zone, but downtown was the only zone with the 4 Star hotels I was looking for. With tax the total came out to $87.73

I requested a one night stay for 5/21/10 at the Hilton for $69 plus tax. I got the reward on my first attempt. With tax, the rate came to $87.06
