I just stayed at the Gaylord Palms for three nights in April 2010. I paid $99/night plus a $12 parking fee and $17 resort fee. I was there for a medical conference and the conference price was $214/night. I was very happy with my deal. The Hotel was wonderful. The staff was always friendly. The rooms were immaculate. At the price I paid I would take it over any WDW resort. At the normal price of $200+ I think I would have to take the WDW high end resorts. As far as the complaints about the Key west restaurant at the hotel. I went there every night for my before-bed Pina Colada and had dinner there one night. I had nothing but pleasant experiences. The food was excellent, and the staff was wonderful.
