I won the San Juan Water and Beach Club several days ago while bidding on 3 1/2 stars on January 7th. I was unhappy about this because I read the hotel is undergoing major renovations. To my surprise, Priceline emailed me yesterday saying because of these major renovations I could cancel the reservation. They also sent me a $10 voucher to use on another bid. My question is-what if I end up with this same hotel again?? Do they take it off the program if they're having to offer refunds?

Finally after at least 10-15 days of trying, I got San Juan Water and Beach Club for $105 for two rooms.

I've tried several different days using 4 rebid zones and going up to $105 per room. Any thoughts?

I'm having the same problem trying to get 2 rooms for a Friday night January 7th. As a backup I was able to get the Radisson for $117 using AAA rate. I'm also bidding over $100 without a nibble for 3 1/2 stars.

Obviously I'm confused even after reading the instructions. I will try again from scratch tomorrow starting at a higher bid so what would be the zones I can re-bid for a 31/2 star?

My max would probably be $150 but if I have to pay that I probably should go for resort. I've rebid Ponce, Dorado and Rio Grande. I'm up to $85 with no luck. I'm not sure which are to rebid next. Also, does it cause a problem (i.e. you have to pay more) if you're bidding on 2 rooms?

I used the PRICELINE link here to bid $78 for 2 rooms 3 1/2 stars in region 8 San Juan. The bid was rejected so I need advice as to how to rebid. I've used priceline several times over the years and I always forget how to rebid. :) Are the 2 rooms messing things up? Thank you.

Whew! I was able to get the Le Meridien Etoile a 4* at North Champ Elysses (Monceau). The rate for 6/14 was $169 (booked 2 rooms at this rate), the rate for 6/15 was $194 (booked 2 rooms for this rate). Trying to Get Le Meridien Etoile 4* Paris (North Champs Elysees-Moncea I'm trying to get this particular hotel. For dates 6.14-.6.15 I can get 2 rooms for $169 which is fine. It's showing high speed internet, business center and restaurant. Everything I've read points to Le Meridien Etoile as being the right hotel. Are there any other 4 star hotels in this district with these amenities?

How did you manage to get this hotel? I already have a reservation there in June using Starwood points and would love to book a second room through hotwire or priceline if possible. Any tips would be appreciated!!

Is there any chance of winning 2 rooms for 4 nights in Paris at a 4-star level for a reasonable price in June? I currently have reserved through my Starwood points 1 room for 4 nights at the Le Meridien Etoile. I believe this hotel is on Priceline's list so it would be great to get 1 room through priceline to use with the free room I have already but I know this would probably be impossible. The rooms in Paris are so tiny I can't imagine cramming 3 adults (myself, husband and teenage daughter into one small room). Any suggestions as to how I should start? If I get a reasonable rate somewhere else, I can cancel my current reservation without penalty. Thank you.
