I'm very happy as I love this hotel. The location is perfect for me and $60 a night (plus $10 resort fee) for a one bedroom suite with kitchen is a tremendous value!

Booked one night on Priceline at $51; accepted first time. Received a direct oceanfront view room - beautiful. Great view of the beach, pools, pier, and all the activities including the slingshot ride. I liked the room so much I bid the same again right after check-in, and got a second night. Told the front desk and they said no problem, enjoy; no need to change rooms. :) The staff here is very professional, friendly and helpful. Hotel is on the "no drive" portion of the beach; this makes the beach alot more relaxing when you have a small child running about. Parking and internet are extra (valet is $17 a night, self parking $9 a night, Internet $10.), but the hotel rate is so good I cannot complain. I booked both times through the link on this site. Booked this on HOTWIRE on day of check-in. One bedroom villa is as described on the website. Beautiful, spacious, immaculate, and quiet. 2 full bathrooms; 1 with jetted tub. Family suite; has bunk beds in foyer. Fantastic view of pool and adjacent Lake Bryan from large balcony, with table and chairs, facing east. :) Other villas seem to have a west-facing Disney view with Hollywood Studios and Epcot in the distance (2 miles). I prefer our lake view, as if you like, you can see the Disney view anyway from the windows by the elevator area. DVD players in living room and bedroom. Quality stereo/CD player in dining area. All granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms; pretty. Food delivery (pizza/sandwiches/pasta) from orderinn.com was reasonable, quick, and good quality. It is a bit odd that although this service is featured in the in-room guest directory, you must meet the delivery person in the lobby. The property is not gated, but elevator access requires a key. Resort fee of $12.25 per night was charged upon check-in, BUT this includes lightning fast wired in-room internet. Although this is a timeshare, sales do not seem to be focus here (i.e., like at Mystic Dunes). Excellent access to I-4 via US 535; very quick trip to Disney. Just need to use patience turning from resort driveway onto 535 (saw a near-accident in front of the resort, but 1. the 535 driver was going way too fast and 2. the driver pulling onto 535 did not wait for a reasonable break in 535 traffic.)

Booked this on day of check-in. Outstanding value. Resort was as described, and our unit also had a 2 person jacuzzi bath. I was NOT charged a resort fee. :) In-room wired internet did not work (optional charge of $9.95 per day), but free wireless internet worked by the pool. In-room laundry was very handy. Villa was quiet; our building appeared to be no more than half full. Other buildings nearby appeared to be nearly full based on the parking lots. Perhaps these were upgraded villas reserved for timeshare owners. Our villa overlooked a fairway on the golf course, but unlike other villas, it had just a tiny balcony - a ledge really, only big enough to stick your head outside for a smoke. Kitchen was adequate, although it contained no dishwasher like other timeshare units have. Location was very convenient to US 192 shopping/dining, and to Disney parks. A charming lady called our villa on the first morning to invite us to a free buffet breakfast. When we arrived, it was clear that folks arriving were to be assigned a salesperson for a timeshare pitch. We were seated, but apart from the area where salespeople were working the tables. I assume this is because my spouse was not present to hear the sales pitch/agree to buy anything. In any case, we still received a nice free and friendly breakfast, but were not invited back the next morning. I heard/observed some of the sales pitches. They were high pressure in at least one case - a couple tried to go outside to get some air and a few salespeople questioned them, apparently fearing that they were leaving the presentation. I mention all this because it seems to me that if $64 one bedroom villa can be had on Hotwire in season, why lock into a timeshare? I booked this before I found betterbidding.
