  1. Depends on the purpose of your trip I guess. We went last summer and stayed at the Sheraton in Pike Place. Pike Place is most centrally located IMO. Financial district is close to the ball park but if you're going for a ball game its only a short train ride on public transit from Pike Place. I found Space Needle area to not be as accessible to public transit as Pike Place was.
  2. I am all the way up to $115 and still being rejected :)
  3. $90 was rejected. I'm just going to go in $5 increments. There's really no rush at this point.
  4. I think I've indicated my zones and rating. I don't really have a budget ... basically my budget is as cheap as I can get a 4 star in the NMA-River North zone. I've used priceline many times before and usually have a good idea of where I'm going to land which i thought in this case would be in the $80ish range. Looks like I might be creeping towards $100. :)
  5. I've bid this all the way up in $1-3 increments from $70 to $85 and still being rejected. This seems to be nearing the upper area of other successful bids in here although at different times of the year. Is this a busy time of the year for Chicago? It's the Canadian Victoria Day weekend but the American holiday isn't until the following weekend. Would you normally have better success as you get closer to the date or is it my best option to continue with the $2 increments now until I find the best price?
