  2. I don't believe this is on your site yet (you have Residence Inn Portland South). It was listed as an "all suite hotel" which led me to believe it was the Embassy Suites. It also has a 100% love it rating Free Parking Free Internet Pet Friendly Smoke free rooms Fitness Center Pool(s) Business center Self service laundry Internet access Tennis nearby ****This hotel offers free breakfast but isn't listed in the amenities. It also offers an evening reception on most weekday nights.

  4. Listed: Free Parking Free Internet Free Breakfast Pet Friendly Airport Shuttle Smoke Free Self Laundry Internet Access 100% Love It! Used the HOTWIRE link from this site.
  5. I did use a coupon from the Entertainment Book that was for $6.67 per day in addition to my bid of $80.00 I started at 65.00 and added 5.00 each bid. When I bid $75 it came back and told me to bid $22.00 for a bid of $97.00. I exited out of that screen and bid $5.00 more and won.
  6. Started bid low at $75.00 per night hoping I was going to get a Point Hilton property. Increased bids by $10.00 adding junk areas with each bid. I submitted $95.00 and wasn't accepted but my $105.00 per night I was giving JW Marriott Desert Ridge and Spa for March 16-18th. I didn't think I would be able to touch the JW for under $250.00 per night. WOW what a bargain. Used the PRICELINE.com link on here. Thanks for your info and helping me score an awesome resort hotel at Hampton Inn prices.
  7. Found 4* North Scottsdale hotel for $81 on March 18th for one night. Resort, Smoke Free Rooms, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, Laundry Facilities (self-service), High-Speed Internet Access, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby, Spa Services, Children's Activity Program Amazing price for Spring Training, although it's only for one night. Used the HOTWIRE.com link on here.
  8. I booked the same dates at the same price. After I booked the first two nights, it gave me the option to extend my stay so I booked the 22nd of March for 80.00. Thanks for the heads up on the hotel, the pool looks awesome. Used the PRICELINE link from this site.
  9. My stay is from March 15-23...I have already booked the 15th on HOTWIRE thru your link...I am trying to win the 16-19th in N. Scottsdale 4* and above. I have bid 90.00 plus I have $5.00 per night bonus bucks available. Thanks for your help. Travis
  10. I am new to this so please bear with me. I am trying to score a 4* N. Scottsdale hotel in March. My first attempt was not taken. I noticed that when I went to include West Mesa and increase my price that Resorts was now selected. My fear is that I will pay 100+ per night and get something like Xona Suites which is a resort but not 4* but rather 3 1/2. Can someone please let me know if this is possible and if it is, can you work around it? Thanks in advance. Travis Ps I do use the PRICELINE link on this site for my searches and purchases.
  11. I did the same thing for my hotwire hotel purchase in booking two single nights on the same nights. I have been to this property the last two years and it is one of our favorites of all time. Be sure and check out the patio in the evening with the music. Two years ago the San Fran Giants held a get together there (right outside my room) with Willie Mays and others. They always have exotic cars parked out front and the pool is second to none.
  12. Hyatt Gainey Ranch for both nights. ****No children's activites, but everything else matched up including the tripadvisor rating. We love this hotel...the grounds are second to none.
  13. North Scottsdale 4 1/2* $98.00 per night. Resort, fitness, pool, restaurant, buiness, high speed internet, golf, tennis, spa ***No childrens activity as posted on master list on this site. I booked it as 2 adults and 2 children Friday 12th March for one night. I also booked the same details for Saturday 13th March and received the same hotel. If you tried to book both nights together you were given a price of over $400.00 per night. I called HOTWIRE and talked to someone in customer service and implied that most likely when I made a purchase for one of the nights that it wouldn't be available for the other at the price, but it was. The Hotwire rating was 95% AND the tripadvisor rating was 4 1/2 circles. When I returned to do the search again, the price was $117.00 per night and I believe its the Fairmont Scottsdale Princes because the HOTWIRE rating is 90% and tripadvisor rating is only 4 circles. I have been able to get this hotel for three straight years and it is one of my all time favorites since I have kids. I used the HOTWIRE link on this page. Love the site. Thanks, Travis
  14. $126.00 per night, Scottsdale March 14-16 2010, 5* Intercontinental Montelucia Resort and Spa Resort, Fitness Center, Pool,Business Center, High Speed Internet, Restaurant, Golf, Tennis, Spa, Children's Activity Program Also;;;It had a tripadvisor rating of 4 1/2 circles. Based on the Hotwire amenities hotel list on this site it was down to this property or the Phoenician. The Phoenician has a tripadvisor rating of only 4 circles.
  15. Five * Resort in Scottsdale $126.00 per night March 14-16...Intercontinental Montelucia Resort and Spa
  16. Thanks for the help. I didn't know that you could click on "details" then "see all" to see a complete listing. I am an experienced traveler and have used the site but obviously I have a lot yet to learn. Would you say it is best to wait until the days or week before you purchase? Also in the past I have taken the HOTWIRE price and shaved a few percent off to bid on PRICELINE in hopes of saving even a little more money. From what I am reading on here is that they aren't directly linked and aren't considered equal. Thanks again, your advice is very helpful. Travis
  17. First post. I have used HOTWIRE/PRICELINE several time prior for Spring trainging in years past. 4 star Scottsdale with: Workout, pool, restaurant, business center, high speed, golf, tennis for $99.00 per March 12-14, 2010. Thoughts? Also 90% customer rating. Is this rating taken from tripadvisor.com? or 4* N. Scottsdale: Resort, no smoking, workout, pool, restaurant, high speed internet, laundry, business for $122.00 per for same dates. Thanks and of course I will use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links. Travis
