Just got an e-mail from hotwire saying they can not offer me the washer and dryer that was advertised on their site and will allow me to cancel the booking and credit me $50 hot dollars or keep the booking and credit me me 50% of the cost in hot dollars - not sure what to do - what do you think this means -I suspect they cannot offer me the condo any more and it is a regular room - I have tried for about a week e-mailing the PH Towers to confirm the booking, what room it is and check in our details ect but they have not answered me at all?
