Wow! This stay sucked. I have never been to a Crowne Plaza and I won't intentionally again. Bugs in the bed and bathroom! Heat in room was loud and just warm, so it was on all night long - one of those heating/ air conditioner units at the window. Cold showers Service at front desk was like a need to know basis. Absolutely no help and they sure didn't appreciate their clients...it was the bare minimum of help It was rated a 3* with Hotwire but I did review with them and hope it gets downgraded

Not sure what to expect for our first Mardi Gras, but for last minute booking, we got 4* Intercontinental Hotel for $179 Feb 14-17, 2010. We tried on PRICELINE for 3* up to $150 with no success

I got Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, AZ on Priceline for $105 + tax for February 2, 2010, listed on Priceline regularly at $319
