HOTWIRE no longer offers the in room laundry because it doesnt come with a studio room which, if they dont screw up, is what you will receive.

Ok finally after 1 week, several phone calls -bout 10-, finally HOTWIRE fixed their mistake. And also they gave me the ability to get half my money back in hot dollars since they were not able to give me in room laundry. So i received a studio suite and i will add more once i complete my stay.

Yes it is but be careful. I have booked the same place during first week of march and hotwire booked me into PH and not the Towers. It has been a major headache trying to get them to fix their screw up. Make sure when you book it to also call PH a few days later to check your reservation.

FYI Call and check on your reservation. I booked the same thing at the beginning of March and I thought I had PH Towers also. But if you call PH they have you in a regular hip room not in Towers. Hotwire screwed it up and put me into PH not Tower. Im in the process of getting hotwire to fix their mistake. I leave out in 3 weeks and hopefully ill have my room i paid for and not some crap Hip room. GL hope this didnt happen to you.

Make sure to call ahead to PH and check you reservation. Hotwire booked me into the regular PH instead of Towers even though that is what my reservation says on Itin. hopefully they didnt mess up your reservation like mine. GL

Further Info on Stay: Even though i booked into PH Towers, Hotwire screwed it up and booked me into the PH. FYI for you all out there who booked and thought you got PH Towers call PH and check reservation. I am in a big hurry up to try and get Hotwire to fix there mistake. Luckily i happened to call early enough and check on their screw up. Hopefully this will get cleared up before i go out there and get stuck with a crappy room compared to what i originally paid for. Just a Heads up
