First bid was $40 for 3* Downtown-Vanderbilt area for same dates - rejected. Found this board, read up on the going rates, used the site's link to click through to PRICELINE, and tried $50 for the same 3* and Downtown-Vanderbilt area (added West Nashville as a decoy additional area - has only 1-2* places) - SUCCESS!
