  1. Started with $125 at Opera Quarter East-Les Halles, declined waited 24 hours, bid $145 Opera Quarter East-Les Halles, declined rebid $151 adding Champs Elysees-Opera Quarter West, accepted At 121 euros per night taxes and fees included, I am satisfied but not thrilled with this hotel. Rate at hotel web site is 170 euros. Savings 29%. I used the PRICELINE link provided at this site.
  2. Sorry, I forgot to mention that I did use the HOTWIRE links on the board to begin my travel purchase.
  3. Won the ME at $82, 8/27-8/31. Thanks for your help.
  4. Done. By the way, I realized that the before mentioned rating (4.5 / +30) corresponds to Hotwire customers and not Tripadvisor's which shows a score of 4/5 and no mention to amount of reviews. Am I correct? Thank you for your assistance.
  5. Thank you. Since my conference was at the Marriott, I couldn't take the risk and booked at the group rate of $120 breakfast included.
  6. North Hotel Zone area dates: 29 Aug - 3 Sept Amenities: Resort Beachfront Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center Laundry Facilities High-speed Internet Access Golf Nearby Tennis Nearby Spa Services It looks to me like a match to ME Cancun but the Tripadvisor data does not match. It says 4.5 satisfaction rate with 30+ reviews but the ME has a score of 4 with +400 reviews. Finally, is it worth to pay the additional money to secure the bedding when you need a King or is that the default configuration anyways? I have paid more to secure 2 beds but it does not seem reasonable the other way around. Can you help me please?
  7. I'm targeting the Marriott Riverside 3.5* but a recent post reports the Hilton San Bernardino as a 3.5* too in which case I won't take the risk. However, it looks to me that it may be a mistake and the Hilton may still be a 3*. Anyone can confirm that? Is there any 3.5* in that area besides the Marriott? Is the Mission Inn the only 4* hotel in the area too?
  8. 4 star at $146 for June 5-8th Amenities are: Beachfront Fitness Center Pool Restaurant High Speed Internet Thank you
  9. Please correct the title of these posts in which the W is listed in the Beverly Hills/West Hollywood instead of Hollywood as it should. It may confuse other bidders.
  10. I got the W thru PRICELINE at $120 for the next week including a Friday night stay so you might want to reconsider about taking the risk. It looks to me that ending in the Roosevelt for that money would be a very good deal too.
  11. $110 bid rejected added Lawndale area $120 bid accepted 3 rooms - W Hollywood - Very pleased with the result - Used the PRICELINE links provided in a previous post about this hotel Now I need a fourth room for double occupancy. Will call the W to check if they can offer a double for any of the 3 already booked and will bid for one more hoping I will get the same hotel.
  12. I'm also targeting this hotel for the end of May. Which are the other 2 hotels I could get in the Hollywood area through Priceline? Which are the odds of getting the W these days? Thank you.
  13. Based on a previous poster I used the HOTWIRE link provided by betterbidding and also got the ME. Price advertised was $74 but went up to $79 when 2 beds were requested. Icons: Resort, Beachfront, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, Laundry Facilities, High-speed Internet, Golf, Tennis, Spa Very pleased with the result.
  14. Same request: 4.5-star hotel in South Beach - Oceanfront Collins This hotel features the following amenities: Resort Boutique Hotel Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center High-speed Internet Access Spa Services PLUS: 4.5-star hotel in Central South Beach Hotel (Tripadvisor 4 out of 5) Fitness Center Pool Restaurant Business center High Speed Internet Golf nearby Tennis nearby Spa services Both hotels available at $203 for Nov 13-15th. Regarding the bedding arrangement, I need 2 beds, can I secure that thru Hotwire or Priceline or I just can use them when needing a king sized bed only? Thanks for your help
  15. Hi. With the help of other posts, and using the PRICELINE links provided here, I got the Trump for $105 for Sept 17 & 18 which I think is a pretty good rate for Thursday & Friday. Please be aware that there is an additional $15 resort fee on top of that rate.
