I got Hyatt Pier 66 for $95.00 per night. It is possible. This was for a January stay.

We too got the Hyatt for $95.00 good price for what seems to be a nice hotel. Best I have seen it go for is $92.00. You did well.

I ran into the same problems for late January for 3* Downtown. I bid 4* in the beach zone and got the Hyatt Pier 66 for $95.00. I would start a little lower and see if they accept, only if this hotel is acceptable to you.

Yes, this was my first bid for the Beach zone. I was seeing a lot of $95.00 bids being successful, so I gave it a shot. Regular internet room rate for the dates are $315.00/night. Do you think there will be any problems requesting 2 double beds here?

After no luck trying for 3* and 4* downtown up to $110.00 for the night of Jan 21. I tried 4* beach and got the Hyatt Pier 66 for $95.00. I used the savingsbarn.com link. Thanks for all the information on this board.

I also just tried to get 3* Downtown FLL for 01/21/05 and was rejected at $75.00 and rebid of $80.00. Any ideas?

rey68 - are you on the Enchantment leaving Jan 22? We are. We are going to be using Priceline in the next few weeks or so to get our room. IT looks like everyone is getting the Marriott right now for $75.00. Good price for what I have heard is a great hotel. Thanks for the info.
