This one took me a while -- several days of failed bidding and only got this on the fourth free rebid. My previous rebid was at $49 and failed. Several MCI hotels are booked solid that night (including the Embassy Suites which I've heard sometimes comes up on PL 3* bids in that zone) so I'm fairly satisfied with the $28 discount off the rack rate! There seem to be much better deals elsewhere in the KC area, but as my rental car counter closes an hour after my flight arrival, I wanted to hedge my bets with a shuttle-enabled hotel. Dan
