Just came back... I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Great room, friendly staff, great location - one of the better hotels that we have stayed in.

comp breakfast fitness pool business centre internet access $79/night I was expecting to get the Super 8 but I guess this is a new hotel that Hotwire is using. Reviews on TripAdvisor are excellent, so hopefully we like it. Thanks.

Didnt end up booking... Kind of nervous about getting the Novotel after reviews I read, so going to book directly with a hotel, not sure which one yet. Thanks again.

Bid $48 on a 4* for Toronto Airport East - rejected Bid $52 on a 4* for Toronto Airport East and Toronto Airport West - rejected Bid $58 and added at Toronto Airport East 3* Won the Holiday Inn International for $58 - I am pretty pleased with the price and the reviews dont look all that bad. It is for the night of February 23rd, 2011. First try at Priceline and I think I did OK.

"The way to check what star levels are available in each zone is to open a PRICELINE page, check ONLY the zone you are inquiring about, and then proceed to the next page (as if you were going to select a zone)... this will give you the available star ratings in that area. You can then hit BACK on your browser, uncheck the current box, check the next box, and repeat the process." I am trying to find the number of 4* hotels offered in the Toronto Airport East area. I go to the opening PRICELINE page and choose Toronto. The next page opens with all of the areas as well as star ratings. I choose Airport East, 4 star (and then you need to put your name and price you want to bid) I have tried choosing the area, choosing the stars, going back getting rid of the area check etc etc.. and I cannot figure it out. Please hlep! lol

July 1st, 2009 Smoke Free, Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business, Internet $142 Considering it was Canada Day and rooms were going for over $300, it was a great deal. VERY close to parliament hill and a GORGEOUS hotel.

Last summer, we booked five nights at a hotel in Sudbury, Ontario through Hotwire. I cannot remember the specifics, didnt post on this site. Anyways, we booked five nights, got there and it was a DIVE. Hotwire will email you after your trip with a questionaire etc. I took my time filling out, made my complaints very clear and thought that would be the end of it. I had heard that you never get your money back, they dont care etcc... I think it was close to a month later I recd an email from Hotwire apoligizing for the poor hotel and they refunded my money in Hotwire Dollars that I had to use in a year. Sure it wasnt a total refund, but it paid for another trip that we booked to Ottawa. It never hurts to try!

I actually made a boo boo and responded to my thread from last year if this makes sense. Never closed the thread from last year. The hotel that we got was the Quality Suites Toronto Airport. Suite, Shuttle, Fitness, Restaurant, Business, Fax - Pearson Airport, 3 stars You can consider this thread CLOSED and I have another one going for our trip in Feb 2011. Sorry about that.
