Nothing available in $75-85 price range in Downtown or Capitol Hill for my dates, so I went for Dupont Circle and got the Marriott Wardman park for $86.

Just back from our stay at the Hyatt in Coral Gables. Definitely liked it better than the first time I was there. Had a room on the 5th floor with 2 twin beds and a balcony. Nice to be able to open the door and get some fresh air in the evening! Pool was great, hotel staff was excellent. I'd definitely stay there again.

Just got a room at the Hyatt in Coral Gables for $48 per night for 2 nights, August 17-18, 2010. :) Total for 2 nights: $117.02 Of course I placed my bid by clicking on the PRICELINE link provided in this forum. Thanks as always for this outstanding website!

Our stay at the Hyatt was excellent. Room was comfortable with West view. This property is not new (I stayed there with my father more than 25 years ago), but is very well maintained and the staff was terrific. We swam in the pool and had Saturday brunch in the restaurant. And the price was right! Overnight parking in the attached garage is $35, but I found a free spot on the street just behind the building. :)

Just won on my first bid a room at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge, MA for tonight, January 8, 2010. $60! Woohoo. Website says there are renovations going on, fingers crossed this won't pose any problems. Thanks for maintaining this great site!
