This is a shoe-in every time. RB Inn is currently the only 4* in the selected region. You might as well be bidding for a room in the hotel itself. I got this tip from a friend, which obviously worked for me, who frequents the hotel and they have accepted his $70 bid the last 4 times. Rancho Bernardo is a very nice area. I little north-east of where all the action is but with a car its only 20-25 minutes without traffic to the middle of downtown.
