  1. Success at last! last night we bid $40 and were countered w/ a $12 increase. We decided to raise our offer to $42 and add a rebid zone, rejected. $44 , rejected. Finally, at $46 we were accepted and I had expected to get Crowne Plaza. No problem, but I was a little bummed that we would have the resort fee of $12 to add, but nonetheless, I was happy to have our rooms booked. After the inital shock of winning I went back to the top of the page and to my surprise found out that we had won the Marriott Suites! A place we have stayed at in the past and thought it was fantastic. Final tally: 3 rooms @ Anaheim Marriott Suites, 4/24-4/29, $790.89 total, $52.73 per room per night. Thank you for the link and the advice. W
  2. Sorry about the co-mingling of threads :) I have tried this strategy for the past week and have had no luck. I recently have thrown a wrench into the works by adding a 3rd room, hoping to get 3 rooms in the same hotel. Still no luck. I am wondering if the number of rooms is hurting my chances of receving even a counteroffer, as I have yet to even receive a counter from P/L. Thanks for your help! W
  3. Hi, I actually found the same thing for my travel dates of April 24th-April 29th and wondered if you might be able to help ID. Anaheim Disneyland South BTW. Thank you W
  4. I would like to get our rooms for less than $50 as it appears others have been able to achieve this. Thank you
  5. Hi, we are looking at bidding on two rooms for 5 nights from April 24th - April 29th. Am I getting ahead of myself by looking this far out and should I break up the stay into a 3 night and 2 night stay. The reason I ask is I haven't found anyone winning a longer stay and wondered if this may lower my chances. Thank you W
