Bid 1: 3.5*, Copley Square-Theater District, $97; rejected but given offer to rebid for at least $25 more without changing zone or stars. I rejected this offer Bid 2: added Medford-Somerville, $104, rejected Bid 3: added Brookline-Brighton, $107, accepted for Marriott Copley Square I used the PRICELINE link from this forum.
