Got the Crowne Plaza. Bid 65 for 4*, was rejected and went $63 at 3.5 and got it. Quite a bit cheaper than the $85 for 3.5 over the same date on Hotwire. Its slightly annoying when they accept your first bid though! I used the forum link.

Thanks for the reply, do you know if these rates are listed anywhere, I am likely to only need the insurance for 10-15 days, I've looked into the 3rd party options but on a shorter trip, I think the Car Hire firm options may win out
From what I can see you can add no CDW when booking on Priceline, is there a published list of what this is per company, per car type, per day (per location if applicable). I'm a bit worried that I'm going to get a great rate but then get stung with huge CDW charges.
