  1. Sorry about not reposting. Bad etiquette and I will behave from now on! Decided not to book Hollywood Roosevelt based on reviews. Booked Loews Santa Monica for$229 with 50 food and beverage credit via Hotels.com
  2. Hi All, I need your help! I am planning an impromptu gathering in New York. It may be too complicated and risky for a priceline bid, but we will see. I need 6 rooms for the following dates: 1 room: 4/23-4/30 1 room: 4/24-4/28 2 rooms:4/25-4/28 2 rooms: 4/26-4/28 Our maximum bid is $120. We would like to stay at a 4* in MTE, SOHO, CPS, and possibly MTW (although I don't want the empire hotel.) We would consider certain 3.5* properties, although would want at least a hunch of what they were before bidding. I have followed the advice of this board and bid and rebid for MTE, SOHO, and CPW all the way up to 120 with no takers, although I wasn't very disciplined about it and didn't write down the dates that I was rejected on. Any thoughts you might have about how to craft a strategy so that we all have a good chance of ending up at the same hotel, or at least 4* hotels would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
  3. Hi All, I am searching HOTWIRE for a hotel for the above dates. I received a 4* hotel in hollywood-west hollywood with the following amenities: restaurant, business center. The tripadvisor rating is 3.5. Could you help me identify this hotel? Also, I would prefer to stay in Santa Monica. Do any Santa Monica hotels list on priceline or hotwire? Thanks, Josh
