Wow thanks for all the help. We are going to see a concert at the Phoenix (410 Sherbourne St) so I believe that is Toronto Downtown East. My 24 hour bidding window is up at 11pm tonight so I am going to go nuts and start it at $75 bidding in $5 increments, maybe $10. Your thoughts?

Would never have guessed that. I am seeing people on this board getting wins for no more than $70. Date specific, so you think that Sept 23/24 are prime dates or Tues/Wed are? Thanks, Andy

I have a bit of a situation. My anniversary trip to Toronto is on Tuesday Sept 23/08-Sept 24/08. I have been on Priceline daily and have not had any success bidding. I have done the following: 1) Checked all areas 1st to see which one's do not have 4 stars within them and wrote them down 2) Bid starting at $60 and worked my way up addding $5 and an additional area each time until I went to about $90 (which is WAY over the average Pricleine bid this close to my dates and according to the Calender of Wins) Are Canadian bidders still having problems with their VISAs? I have a CIBC Visa, that ok? Additionally, could I call Priceline and bid that way with their 1-800 #? I even tried the CA, 90210 fix and I kept on getting the William Shatner "Were working on your bid..." screen and then with my fingers crossed..nothing. Back to my selection to raise or add an area. Please assist... Thanks.
