What about the 4 star Mayfair Piccadilly Soho at $189.00 per night with amenities restaurant(s), business center, laundry facilities (self service) for the dates 6/29- 7/02, 2 adults, 2 children - better location then Kensington

Not willing to go any higher than $16, with taxes average daily rate goes to $28. Hard to believe taxes are so high but they are. That is 20% less than the rate I can get directly from AVIS. Is 20% to much to ask for? Don't think it is worth it for 10%. Is it better to wait until closer date. I can cancel anytime. Your thoughts?
