Checking out on the third. Would we be better off getting 3 rooms?

sorry we have 6 adults and 2 children and we would like to bid a 4 star hotel and we are traveling july 2-3 as of budget we would like some ideas on a good starting bid price....

Okay first time to try this.... going to chicago first time.... by train..... I am going with my sisters, nieces,and mother for one night... we will need two rooms with 2 double beds. what are my odds in getting that if I name my own price? Please any advice would be greatly appreciated!
