I just came across your website and am very excited to get some help. We will be traveling to New York 6/26-6/29. We are flying into LaGuardia and will be attending a Mets game. I am overwhelmed when it comes to finding a place to stay. We would like to stay around the $250 price range anything less would be great and anything more would be considered. We don't have a preference of where to stay. I am going to book a refundable trip like you have suggested, but want to keep looking through priceline and hotwire. When is the best time to book for both priceline and hotwire? Is 250 realistic around this time? Is there any area you would suggest when it comes to seeing the city along with going to Flushing one night? I appreciate any advice and help. Thanks!
