  1. Sure, it's the Courtyard Tysons Corner, 1960a Chain Bridge Road, McLean, VA 2202.
  2. Went for $51 at 3.5 stars, then went $56 at 3.0 and got the Courtyard. I probably should have stuck to $51 at 3.0, but oh well. Used the PRICELINE link. Thanks!
  3. Actually, both nights were on the back end of our trip. Originally, we wanted to spend the second night in Milan closer to the airport, but this hotel being near the train station made us feel like we could stay downtown a second night.
  4. Started at $95 (since others on this board got this hotel for that rate), originally just for one night (May 27th). The hotel was so close to the train station (which has airport shuttles) that we added an extra night before our early morning return flight to the U.S. I used the Priceline link. Thanks again to BetterBidding! Will
  5. Sure, the amenities were: Complimentary breakfast High-speed Internet access
  6. Like another user in this forum, I got the Hotel Emona Aquaeductus for the end of May this year. I used the HOTWIRE link. Thanks! Will
  7. $90 and $100 were rejected for similar dates (07/30/09 to 08/02/09, which is less than a week away), but we upped it to $105 and changed to later dates (during the week) and got this resort: Hilton Oceanfront Will
  8. Using the PRICELINE link through BetterBidding, I made bids of $50, $60, $70, $80 and the latter was finally accepted. To let everyone know, there is a giant mathematics conference at the Omni Shoreham and Marriott Wardman Park from 01/04 to 01/08, so prices may be higher for those days (the nonbidding PRICELINE prices for those specific hotels are $300+ for those dates!) Cheers, and thank you BetterBidding! Will
  9. I'm not sure to what list you are referring, but here is a link for the hotel from PRICELINE itself: <broken link>
  10. After bidding $40, $45, and $50 for July 18-21 2008 for Toronto Downtown, the $50 hit and we got the Residence Inn Toronto Downtown/Entertainment District (this is bidding for a 1 star room; we were upgraded to a 2.5 star room). After the $45 bid, we were prompted to add $13 immediately, but obviously we did better by bidding again.
  11. Using other board members bids as a guide, I got the Moevenpick Hotel near city center and couldn't be happier! (We were looking at spending $150/night at a B&B where the bathroom was in the hallway). EDIT: I should also say that I used the site link for PRICELINE!
