I am going out to PHX for a job and want to go and see what it will be like before I accept. I have looked on Expedia and priceline and can get flights for 199RT per person with taxes it is 241 pp so I am looking at 482 for 2 rt flights. I am thinking about going on priceline and bidding $120 a ticket for 240 + taxes/fees. Do you think this will fly? If not what is a good number to start. My dates are flexible by a couple of days each way. Essentially we will be flying pretty often and want to save as much as possible. This is a $160 savings i.e. flying twice like this gives us essentially a free flight. Any thoughts?

We went to Chicago a while back and got the Swissotel for about 65 a night. I really enjoyed staying there and was wondering if anyone had luck around may 8th or 9th at that hotel? Even if not I would really like a hotel that I can walk to lake michigan. Any ideas on where to start bidding and what prices. I read the how to bid things, but am still a little lost. I would need 2 rooms for the 8th and 9th.

Anything in a decent part of town. Cheapest would be best.

Ok me and my wife went here last year for our anniversary and stayed at the doubletree shamburg for 90 a night. I am looking for that specific hotel or any nice hotel downtown and I want to spend less than 65 a night on a room. going may 16th-18th or 23rd-26th either is fine. I just would like some help on this if possible. I can do a really cheap hotel as well we really only need a place to sleep, but I prefer that we are safe. Any help would be much appreciated.
