bid history: started around3/10. started bidding at $50 for downtown 4 star & added french quarter & then other districts that did not have 4 stars & i increased $1 each time. so, i'd get up to about $55/56. did this almost every day for about a week & finally won this hotel. not exactly what i wanted. was trying to get the sheraton on canal st. i've heard good & bad about the hotel i won, but the total of $328.90(w/ all taxes & charges) for 5 nights is a good deal, so i'll hope for the best, and when i come back i'll know whether it was worth it or whether i should have tried to get the marriot on canal like i did last year for about $60 more. i'll post a hotel review then. thanks, better bidding!
