  1. Update. I didn't want to chance this as the area could not be identified. I finally decided on the Hyatt Place downtown but booked with them over the phone for $62.30 a night;the rate given to me after I mentioned Travelocity having it. I tried to wrangle the 20% discount on the difference between Hyatts posted rate of $85.00 and Travelocity's but they declined, stating that the $62.30 was really one of their rates but you had to know to ask for it. :) Looking at Hotwire and the amenities, this hotel was $58.00 a night but I still would have paid service fees and not received any Hyatt points. Great site.Keep up the good work.
  2. August 5th to 9th/09 $58.00 per night 3 adults,1 child Amenities: Smoke Free Rooms Complimentary Breakfast Fitness Center Business Center Laundry Facilities High-speed Internet Access Golf Nearby Tennis Nearby Spa Services This is the complete list from what I can see. It looks like the Sheraton Cypress Suites, except there is no pool mentioned. Also when I look at the Sheraton web page they make no mention of a complimentary bfast or a spa. Any ideas? The map says it's 8.4 miles from Fll.
  3. After a quick review of posts I went for the 4* in the Financial District, bidding $61.00 per night X 2 rooms. Got the Hyatt Regency first try, a great savings as retail was $209 per night , hotel's web page and Orbitz as well. I considered using Hotwire but the same star rating was coming in over $100.00. So all in all :) . Pretty sure this deal went through your PRICELINE link but if not, I apologize. This will be a 3 night stay, March02-05
  4. Thanks Thereuare. You were spot on with the location. When I went back and inputted my days the price had risen by $5.00 but it was still $160.00 below the Hilton's best internet rate. I tried to link to HOTWIRE via this sites link but my fire wall must be blocking me. I'll have to investigate further. thanks again.
  5. Hello, I recently came across this site and thought I would try my luck using Hotwire. I am looking to travel to Boston Mar.3 to Mar.7,2008 with my wife and 2 children. When I entered these dates, hotwire returns a 3.5 star in the Copley/Backbay zone at a customer favorite price of$99 per night for 4 persons. The hotel has the following amenities: pool, fitness centre, restaurant and business center. Trip Advistor shows customer rating of 3.5/ 5 based on 120 plus reviews, the last being Dec 20/07. I would appreciate if anybody could tell me what property this maybe and could I do better trying Priceline. Thanks.
