  1. initially bid on two nights - Apr 7 & 8 - rejected then bid on Apr 7 only - accepted $40 + $12.63 = $52.63 unable to extend stay one night
  2. Bid Mississauga 2.5* Apr 3 only $40 rejected added Brampton $45 rejected added Airport $50 accepted + $14.15 fees = $65.14 Extended check out one night - accepted as above While this property is listed as part of the Airport area, it is actually in Mississauga (Dixie & Eglington), not on the Airport Strip
  3. If you are not familiar with the area, it is "downtown" North York. Yonge St, N of Sheppard - busy traffic area - on subway line. Lots of nice restaaurants and shopping. Bit of a drive to get to "Vaughan", which is north. Expect parking cost $10-15.
  4. started bidding Mar 23 2.5 * Mississauga $36 rejected added Brampton $38 rejected added Airport $40 rejected Noticed post that someone had difficulty for same date is area - had to bid higher than usual for 4* Mar 24 - 2.5 * Mississauga $50 rejected added Brampton $53 rejected added Airport $55 accepted - upgrade to 3* is a nice hotel - parking extra $12?
  5. 1st bid for 2* in Mississauga $40 two nights accepted - total cost $98.61 I noticed lower bids ($33), but couldn'tget anything @ 2.5* the previous week so I went a little higher
  6. I've stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Mississauga a few times through Priceline. It is 2.5 star, as is the Marroitt Residence Inn, which is right next door. $36 is the best I've seen - I have gotten it for $45 in the past. Residence Inn is a better deal - its a "suite" with a kitchenette and complimentary breakfast.
