Follow up - the Extended Stay America in Federal Way, WA is a nice hotel, as far as ESA goes. It was in a very nice location, tons of restaurants and shopping and pretty close to I-5 and SeaTac (but not so close you get the noise from either). The room was clean and the staff was friendly. If you need to stay in the Federal Way area, I recommend trying for this hotel.
