--------------------------------------------------------------------------------- started bid for a 2.5* in Bloomington,Illinois at 45.00 this was rejected on my 2nd rebid lowered to a 2* and changed to 44.00 i was accepted extended stay of america 1 night-8/31/07 after taxes 57.00 My boss was looking for a room for the weekend and he put me to work finding something.I know this hotel got pretty good reviews.My brother also enjoyed staying here when he traveled US wide.I think I have seen it as low as 38.00 in Bloomington on the forums. Started bid at 3* with a bid of 40.00 rejected at rebid I changed to 2.5* and upped to 45.00 rejected 3rd rebid lowered to a 2* and upped to 50.00 accepted fairfield inn-tinley park 10/3-10/5 after taxes 119.00 Need to be around this area at this time frame and was glad to get this a decent hotel. From what i read about the reviews it looks to be a good place to stay.Priceline has really gotten me some great deals.Thanks for this forum and I hope everybody keeps posting. TJ

bidded on a botique 4 * for 60.00 for 2 nights river north-rejected rebid and added loop & grant park increased to 70.00-rejected lowered to 3 * and bid to 65.00 rejected rebid and lowered to 2.5 * kept at 65.00 was accepted Residence Inn Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile 201 East Walton Place Chicago, Illinois 60611 USA for 2 nights after taxes 157.00 total This is my 1st time doing this on priceline and I appreciate the ideas and feedback from this forum also.It looks to be a decent hotel but I don't know anything about it. i do know this is in a nice area as me & my girlfriend have stayed at the talbott hotel not too far away.thank you for your help and saving me a fortune.
