As always, I will be starting my bidding process from savingsbarn.com Will be staying one night on the Canadian Labour Day long weekend (Sept 2, 2007). I do not have a bid cap, i just want the cheapest 4* i can get. A bidding strategy for this weekend would be appreciated. Thanks

Started my bid from www.savingsbarn.com as usual. was going for a stragey of $50, $55, $60. First bid of $50 was accepted. WOOT!!! :)

I won a bid last year in toronto for this same hotel and it was excellent. there was a baseball game on for the two days i was there and you could see the game threw the glass from the lobby. very clean and new. you will enjoy it. im hoping to bid and get this hotel for Sept.

Success!! Tried bid of $80 for 4* Loop zone, recieved a counter offer of $102. I declined and tried a bid of $90 and captured the Chicago Hilton on Michigan Ave. Thanks for your help. :)

Update: I tried as follows... Selected 4* NMA... Bid $105, rejected so i added re-bid zone... Bid $110, rejected What would be a good strategy going forward with 3* NMA or 4* NMA/Loop? Thanks

$115 for my maximum bid. Although i would prefer NMA, i guess i could consider the loop as well since its just south of the NMA area.

Need some help. Bidding for Chicago 3* or 4* 9/28 - 9/30 in NMA, I have tried bids on different days of 85, 88, 90, 95, 98. going by what other bids have been accepted, i thought i am very close. Any advise would be appreciated. thanks
