Big difference. Suite is a bedroom with a connected front room. Studio is your basic hotel room with the kitchenette or whatever, bed, desk etc. all in one room.

All, I have used this board and its HOTWIRE links with much success in the past! I am going to Vegas on a business trip, and while I love a nice hotel (think Mandalay Bay, Paris, TI etc.) I don't love staying at a gorgeous 5 star resort and then getting nickeled and dimed for various fees (30 a day for internet etc.). I'd love to get the Venetian, but the only 5 stars for my stay dates seem to match the Trump and the Wynn. At the other end of the spectrum, I am looking to identify a 3.5 Star in the Near Strip East for 59.00 a night This hotel features the following amenities: Casino Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center High-speed Internet Access Golf Nearby Tennis Nearby Spa Services Any suggestions? It doesn't seem to be a match for Atrium Suites, which is the only listed 3.5 star in that area. Thanks!

Upon hearing that the North 3.5 star was the Marriott on Hotwire for 64.00 a night, I used the better bidding PRICELINE link and tried to get it for cheaper. :) I got the 3.5 star Marriott Colorado Springs for 50.00 a night for two nights. I am pretty stoked to get that hotel for that price!

I used Betterbidding's PRICELINE link to get a 3 star in Soho Financial on 12/3 for 200.00. While it is a bit pricier than I originally wanted, I think its a good deal for that date. We got the SoHo Holiday Inn for one night, after starting in only the times square zone at 140.00 per night, 4 star. I then steadily added zones and dropped down to 2.5 stars as I increased my bid by 15 dollars each time. Overall, I am happy, as my next option was to stay in Jersey. What do you think? Is the SoHo Holiday Inn too far from the Rockerfeller Center Christmas Tree lighting?
