While Amari Watergate is a nice hotel, NO WAY is it a 5Star. And the location is horrible (if you need to go anywhere, you will be stuck in traffic for a long time coming or going unless you want to take a moto-taxi). I also learned my lesson - PRICELINE may be good in USA, but have had horrible results with it in Europe and Asia. Will not use PRICELINE anymore outside USA.

Started at $47 and went up $5 a pop using free rebid zones on 7/6/07. Had tried under $50 a couple times prior, but decided to up the offer as my best non-Priceline cancellable reservation was $86 (all in) a dingy DaysInn 2*. The Priceline all-in total is $84.54.
