used priceline to bid on an SUV at OAK (Oakland) for July 06 through July 09. first bid rejected at $22. priceline countered at $27. second bid (three days later) accepted at $25. rental is through National. rate posted on National website ranged from ~$100 to $180, depending on which class SUV you choose. will update posting to let those interested know which SUV class i was put into.
