I think it is located on the French side of the island as it has the name Sint Maarten
Tried DT FLL but no acceptance up to $85.
Switched to W. FLL which also saves on parking cost not as nice but I only need the overnight near the airport.
$81 plus taxes which totals about $98.
Hotel site shows a price of $139 probably could start lower.
Dates 7/3 until 7/4 - with price of $85

I just purchased the following 3.5* in Nassau & Paradise.
With the following:
Resort, Beachfront, Fitness Center, Pools, Restaurant, Business Center, Spa Services
it was the Radisson Cable Beach Resort. My rate was $139 vs. the Radisson website of $145 even though Hotwire displayed their rate was the best value/deal off $264. It is the risk taken when bidding blindly.
I did send a letter to HOTWIRE advising I'm paying more using their site $9 vs. booking directly on Radisson when you balance out the fees. :)
