Yes, our stay was great. My only caveat is to be aware that Hilton seems to charge extra for everything. Hilton did "push the rez forward" to honor the two nights. The desk clerk whom I talked to insisted that the PL policy was that I forfeit the first night. She stated this several times and I, each time in response, stated that the fine print states that each hotel has the discretion to modify the policy. She eventually put me on hold to talk to a "higher up" and when she returned she said that I could push the rez forward. Also, I should note that she was pleasant and was pleased when she returned with the good news. My husband says that I am a good negotiator. In truth, I get more accomplished when I am not only persistant but respectful of the person to whom I am talking. Also, there truly were extenuating circumstances. I would not push a change that was not "honest."
