Used the PRICELINE link. Got the Renaissance Zurich Hotel for $86 + $5 in bonus cash for one night on 7/28 to 7/29. It seems as though this hotel is now being listed as a 5 star on Priceline. Had been bidding in Zurich Central for the past several weeks on a 5 star up to about $125 but wasn't able to secure the Marriott so I changed my focus to a hotel closer to the airport. This wraps up all of my hotels for my summer euro trip. Thanks to the people on this board for posting past results. Helped out big time.

For the last week, i've been aiming to get a 5* in the City Centre South which seems like the only option is Le Meridien. I went up to $160 per night in the 5* category, but the bids were never accepted. Decided to give it a go in 4* and got the Maritim Hotel for $79 per night. Bidding strategy: 3/26 - 4* City Centre South - $58 - declined 3/26 - 4* City Centre South, South - $65 - declined 3/27- 4* City Centre South - $70 - declined 3/27- 4* City Centre South, South - $79 - accepted

Pretty disappointed with this result. Used a $7/night bonus cash offer so only paid $116/night, but got an unlisted hotel in this area of Berlin. The price I paid is also available currently on Travelocity so I really don't feel like I got much of a deal. Was hoping for the Marriott or Hilton.

Used 2 free re-bid zones (North & Schiphol Airport) to get the NH Barbizon Palace at $100 from 7/26-7/28.

Tried for a week to get the Marriott in Amherst at 3.5 stars for 2/17-2/18 - 2 rooms. Bid up to $89 every day up until Friday. Decided it wasn't worth trying anymore and got the Millennium hotel at $41.

Just checked today, and it seems like PL brought back the 3.5 option. Pleased about this, because i'm going to bid for the Marriott within the next few days. I'll post my winning on the board.
