I recently tried to bid for a resort room in Phoenix North / Scottsdale. I bid $75 Phoenix north, added Scottsdale at $80, added metrocenter at $85, and Phoenix West at $95. Anyone have any ideas as to how much these rooms may be going for 3/13 - 3/16? Or have any areas where there are especially nice hotels around Phoenix? I'm open to just about any advice for strategies. Thanks gb

One night 3/3/07, Winning bid $45, Hyatt Regency Milwaukee (Downtown)

That is is generally when conventions are going full tilt downtown so might be a tough time to find a room at a bargain rate.
