According to the Priceline Hotel List - Hawaii, the Outrigger Reef on the Beach is currently a 3*. Somehow, I got it on my 3rd bid at the 4* level. The confirmation page shows the hotel to be at a Resort level (wierd). The text also references resort level - "Your Price Has Been Accepted. Congratulations, you got your price of $125 for a resort hotel room." My sequence of bids: 1. WN $100 2. WN A $120 3. WN EC $125 (accepted)
