I was able to get the transaction cancelled by calling Priceline customer service. The Atl. Mariott NW at Galleria is listed as a 3-star hotel on Trip Advisor, Booking.com, expedia.com, and others, and evidently after researching this, the customer service agent at Priceline agreed to refund my money.

The "4-star Express Deal Hotel" at Galleria I just landed turned out to be Atlanta Marriott NW at Galleria. It isn't listed on Priceline as a 4-star hotel, and I was a bit disappointed to get it. It's rated as a 3-star hotel on some travel/review websites.
