  1. Amenities are wifi, Boutique hotel, Children's activities, Pet friendly, Restaurant(s), Smoke-free rooms. Price already jumped to $176
  2. Thank you! I know it's cheaper the following week but unfortunately I can't change it. I'm going to NJ for business and am spending one night in the city for pleasure. I usually stay at LQ Manhattan or NYMA (NewYork manhattan) Both apple core hotels. Nothing fancy but I love the location and the roof top bars they offer. I'm not afraid of a sub-par hotel for one night. I'm more concerned about location and easy access to the subway. Ideally I'd like to pay no more than $150 which is so hard this time of year. I booked a hotel via booking.com as a back up in case I end up not getting a deal through priceline. I'm not giving up just yet. I'm going to look into hotel Wolcott. Do you have any idea what Hotwire's 3-star Boutique Hotel in Empire State Building area is? It's showing for $159/night.
  3. I am headed to the city Thurs Dec 8th for one night. I usually stay in K-town but I really don't want to pay the 275+ for one night at my usual hotel. Any ideas on how to get a cheap hotel in the area? I'm really eyeing the Stanford Hotel because it's in K-town and I am comfortable with that area. I would be open to areas: Empire State Building, Midtown West, Madison Sq Garden and Chelsea. Is it best to use name your own price or express deal? And wait until the same day or day before? Or should I start bidding now? I see a person in this thread got Stanford hotel fro $110 - that's a steal!
