Bids of $40, $45, and $50 were all declined. Bid of $52 was accepted. This hotel is not currently listed (Holiday Inn Express - North Lima), but was newly renovated and my stay was good. Location is slightly disappointing, as most of the other hotels are in the Boardman/Poland locale.
