After much debate, I decided to go with this express deal for $88. While not as cheap as I wanted, I knew I wanted a hotel in Chesterfield with indoor pool and free breakfast, and this seemed like the best guarantee of getting those things. I did get the Hyatt Place in Chesterfield. I'm excited to stay at this brand new hotel!
