  1. Our final decision was to go with the Westin Beach Resort . Two years ago, we got it at a great price from Hotwire. This time, we were able to use points, so we decided that was the best thing to do. Thank you for all your help.
  2. You know, I would really love to get the Westin Diplomat. From your experience, do you think if I wait, it will come up on Hotwire or Priceline? Thanks for all your help.

  4. We stayed at the Best Western Olimpia at a senior rate with breakfast. Room was small, but cute. Location good, far from noisy Rialto Bridge! Nearby restaurants were so-so.
  5. Finally, we decided to stay at the Radisson, which we got at a senior rate. Not too cheap, but it did include breakfast. The hotel was a big success. In a good area, across from a beautiful shopping mall, near restaurants and the people in the hotel were very hospitable. Highly recommend it.

  13. Hi! Would you please help identify a 4 1/2 star hotel in Santiago Chile, Jan 16-19, $115 per night plus taxes and fees. It says the standard price is $280. The area is East Providencia. Still gathering reviews. 14. Update: The people at the front desk were very helpful. We had a non-smoking room and there hadn't been a recent pet in it. We arrived tired, didn't feel like going to a restaurant and the girl at the front desk gave us yogourts. There is always coffee and they also had chocolate chip cookies. My only complaint was that the room could have been cleaner. It needed a good vacuuming.
  15. Thank you for the good advice. I just called the hotel, spoke to a lovely young lady, Kara, and she said she would put in the request for N/S. I will update on our return! For the 2nd stay, we just booked the Fairfield, which we know...to be safe! I tried to go to the Marriott site through you, but couldn't find it.
  16. To Pool question: Yes I deided to go for it. Got Cresthill Suites, a brand that is new to me. Then I went to Tripadvisor and was dismayed to read that this is a smoking hotel. Priceline should advise something that important. I would like to complain but don't know how to go about it.
  17. I need 2 separate nights. 1) Aug. 1 2) Aug. 4 The offer was actually for Aug.1 Thanks for all help!
