Initially tried for Copley-Theater. Began at $125 and increased by $10 until I reached $195. Switched to Quincy Market and began at $100 and increased by $10 at a time. At $185 received a counter offer of $211. Increased to $195 and won the bid. Apparently a more expensive 3 days in Boston than what the board has been reflecting. Looks like the rate on traditional sites is approximately $261.

Bid for Millenium Park, Loop, Grant Park AND North Michigan Avenue zones... Added free re-bids starting at $50 and increasing by $5. At $90 started getting offers to accept the bid at $115. Eventually won this hotel at 105. As always, thanks to the board for the advice and insights.

i bid exclusively 4* in french quarter and downtown. i went to $140 and nothing. a friend though did it yesterday and at $140 got the JW Marriott for $140 for the same dates. i don't want that hotel if i can avoid it, so i'm leaning towards the le pavillon for $179, which is more than i'd like to have to spend.

re the amenities for identifying the hotwire property, for the dates 10/29 - 11/1, 4.5* downtown, fitness, pool, internet, restaurant, business center. do you agree it's le pavillon?

I've been bidding on French Quarter & Downtown. Starting at $50 and increasing to $140 and so far no luck. Hotwire appears to have Le Pavillon for $179. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

too bad for me, but fyi for those who are looking at this hotel, the hotel has a stay 2 nights at $129 and get the 3rd free. wish i had seen that before bidding. i'm paying $110 for 3 night = $330. would have been $258. ugh.
