UPDATE. Booked the Grand Villas Resort with the original amenity list posted. Here is that amenity list again to add to the hotwire page. Free Parking Air-Conditioning Fitness Center Pool(s) Business Center 24-hour Front Desk Internet access What tipped me off to it being the Grand Villas is that the 13.50 resort fee showed under the price which I know to be Grand Villas Resort. By the way the actual fee is only 6 per night. So to be safe if this amenity list shows up if you want the Grand Villas is may be best to wait till you see that resort fee of 13.50. Final booking was July 22 - 28 for $64 a night. Thanks for all the help!
Hi, I am back with another condo list, this one in the Seaworld I drive south area. 3 1/2 stars for 65 per night 95% recommended. Does this one look like the Westgate Spa? Thanks! Thank you for the reply's and suggestions. I see the resort village and spa is slightly out of my price range at 89 plus resort fees, but might have to spring for that one if need be. For now I am just going to be patient as I have about 5 to 6 weeks left. Please keep me updated if the other condo shows up on a list. Thanks!

How much is that one per night? I might be able to go as high as 81. I booked a disney resort for the last two nights of the trip so most of the extra hotel money went to that. Any guess on what the $71 room is? Thanks for the help.
Probaby up to the $71, if I could find a condo with a kithenette or kitchen that has a stove I would be willing to stay there as well. I've searched everywhere for that amenity list but am having no luck locating it. Thanks for the help.
Ok, update with new information. I went and messed with the dates in June as well. It now seems that the first condo is now showing up for a smaller time frame of 7 days and the Grand Villas will show up is the trip is for 9 days or more. This was not happening the other day when I checked dates in June the Grand villas would show up if it was only for 7 days, and the $71 condo would not show up but now it is. This really makes me think this is the same place that is showing up for different time periods with different dates. What do you think?
I am trying to go for a stay at the Grand Villas in the downtown disney area, problem is that particular condo does not show availability for the dates listed(7/22-7/28) It really is strange though the amenity list for what I know to be the Grand Villas shows for all the surrounding dates. The condo that shows up for the dates that I have put in for has a really small amenity list, even after clicking the amenity list after choosing the condo. I am wondering if for some strange reason for those dates it could actually be the same condo but showing a different amenity list. Both are 90 % recommend 3 star condos. When I mess with the dates in that time frame either one shows up or the other but never both on the same search. Aaron thanks for the reply. I have updated my previous thread. The trip would be from July 5 - 14. There will be three of us, but that specific property only shows up when I put 2 travelers. I figure we could fit 3 though since it is a condo, and at 4 stars I like the price. Any idea what it may be? Thanks
Ended up not going with the 2.5 star and won a bid on priceline for $40 a night at the best western orlando gateway. The hotel was well kept and the location was in between universal and sea world, so good location. Would stay there again.

Matter of fact the closest I could find was 84% for that star quality and area. Do you know if hotwire has a policy stating the booking can be canceled is the room booked is not at a 90% review as advertised? Thanks
