Tried for two days to get this. PLENTY of rebid zones for 3.5 and 4 stars. Yesterday, tried 60 on up to 105 or 110 for 4 star in this and the San Mateo area. All rejected. Today, increased bid area and included 3.5 stars and this one took after 4 rebids! Happy bidding!
