  1. 4* North Scottsdale, 10/21-10/25 12/25. $112/night. Amenities listed = Resort, Smoke Free, Fitness, Pools, Restaurant, Business Center, Laundry, High Speed Internet, Golf, Tennis, Spa, Children' s Activities. Also says, "Recommended in 100% of customer reviews." Thinking it is the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
  2. Just received the Westin Resort and Spa for $90 a night :). I was excited to see that the Sheraton was no longer considered a resort on PRICELINE as I wanted to avoid that property based on the reviews. I used the PRICELINE link above and started bidding at $70, increasing my amount by $5 every 24hrs. At $80 I got the message if you increase your bid by $22 you can rebid now . . . decided against this and kept w/ my strategy of increasing by $5, finally winning the Westin @ $90. The best rate I had found on the web for this same hotel was $189/night. My wife is thrilled and so am I. :) Thanks for all the helpful info betterbidding . . . love the site. Room Cost (avg. per room, per night): $90.00 (USD) Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Nights: 6 Room Subtotal: $540.00 (USD) Taxes and Fees: $111.42 (USD) Total Room Cost: $651.42 (USD)

Oh well, hope it not as bad as some of the tripadvisor reviews make it out.
  4. No luck - all bids rejected. My dates also changed by one day to 3/29 - 4/2, so the link you provided for 147/night became 246/night - I appreciate you looking anyway! How would you suggest to proceed for a 3* property? Thanks for the help.
  5. Looking for a hotel room for $120 a night or less, during what seems to be the expensive spring break/cherry blossom festival time. The dates are 03/28/06 to 04/01/06. Would prefer a 4* (would take a 3*) in the downtown, convention center, or Dupont area. Any advice or suggestions on how to proceed would be much appreciated!
