Near the beach, I think it showed up as a condo, but it appears to be an efficiency hotel room. I'm very happy. Called the hotel, they were very nice. Used the HOTWIRE link.

Several failed bids in this area starting at $140. Very happy with Orchard Hotel. Current rate on Expedia is $209.
